POSITION LOCATION: Germantown, TN
POSITION SUMMARY:
Opportunity to work for an organization that offers a broad array of clinical services, recognizes leadership and talent, and promotes individual growth utilizing a team oriented approach. Assists/supports Director administratively and clinically. Assists in supervising, planning, directing, coordinating and controlling activities. Responsible for efficient day-to-day operations of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs. Responsibility over 3 cost centers and approx. 50 FTE's.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program. BSN or equivalent.
Experience: Two (2) years management/supervisory experience. Surgery RN experience.
Licensure/Certification(s): Current RN licensure to practice in the state of TN; BLS.
