Description: CHS-Home Care is presently looking of Clinical Supervisor Home Health right now, this career will be placed in Tennessee. Supervises all staff of the Home Care Agency and assures delivery of quality health care and services consistent with regulatory compliance and agency policies. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Makes supervisory visits, as needed. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the Administrator.
Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of TN with at least 3 years of experience in home care, with a ! minimum of one year of supervisory experience. Familiar with r! egulatory requirements and a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
