Location: Chattanooga Tennessee

Description: CK Sourcing is looking of Full Time Nurse Practitioner right now, this vacancy will be placed in Tennessee. Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below.

FT Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to assess, advise and treat patients. The NP/PA would be seeing patients including primary care care, corporate wellness, medical weight loss, physical medicine and preventative medicine. We prefer a candidate with a passion for wellness and an interest in functional medicine.

NPI# and prescriptive authority desired but not required. Licensed new graduates welcome to apply.

Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 9:00am-7:00pm Tuesday 12:00pm-7:00pm and Fridays from 9:00am-1pm.

$80-87K per year and up DOE
