We are seeking a Director of Surgical Services. Must be an RN, Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee and five (5) years of Surgical Services clinical experience to include three (3) years in Surgical Services Management in mid-size to large department.

Director, Surgical Services, directs and manages the operations and activities of Perioperative Services including Operating Room, Ambulatory and Post Anesthesia Care Units, Pre Admission Testing, Central Sterile and Pain Clinic to achieve the department and organization’s strategic goals.
You will provide leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the care provided for patients. Responsibilities include fiscal, human resource, risk management, and operational functions, strategic planning, program development, and marketing.
