Responsibilities will include: Assessing patient's general condition; taking vital signs and weight Assisting physicians with examination, diagnostic procedures and treatments Pro! viding basic patient care as ordered Documenting in electronic! health record Promoting well by providing patient education and communicating physician advice/instructions Coordinate patient care by triaging phone calls and assisting with referrals and hospital admissions 12 and 8 hour shifts available.
