Sono Bello is opening a brand new surgery center in Brentwood,TN! Come work side by side our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in a beautiful new facility!

Key Responsibilities:
- General Infection Control and Supply Chain
- Preparation of instruments, equipment and operating room needed for surgical procedures
- Cleaning and sterilizing operating room and instruments after a procedure and disposing of contaminated materials in a timely manner
- Set up of a sterile field for procedures
- Maintaining appropriate medical supply
- Report to Practice Manager when orders are needed
- Cleaning of autoclave and replace water on a weekly basis
- Cleaning of bath warmer on a daily basis
- Stocking new supply orders and disposing of boxes
- Medication Administration
- Charting
- Must be able to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule
This role works through the full patient experience; pre-procedure, intra-procedure, medication administration and post-procedure.
Physical Demands:
- Use of the telephone, computer and other related instruments or devices while communicating with patients, caregivers, physicians and staff
- Vision and hearing acuity
- Standing and walking for periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday
- Must be familiar with MS Office, including Excel
- Demonstrates strong decision making capabilities
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients, caregivers, physicians and staff
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to recognize and elevate care to physician
- Ability to assess medical clearance issues, medication history and review, and wound assessment
Education:
- A.D.N. or B.S.N. from accredited College of Nursing
- Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN exam in state of desired practice
Experience:
- Less than 1 year as an RN (2-3 years is preferred)
- Experience in a cosmetic surgery center is a plus!
