RN Case Manager

Position Overview: A registered nurse, patient care manger will provide home visits to clients in Anderson County and the surrounding area requiring sk! illed services from our agency. These services include but our! not limited to initial assessments, medication instruction and compliance, wound care, IV administration, venipunctures for lab work, supervision of aide and LPN services, and disease management .
Qualifications : Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing program with a license to practice nursing in the state of Tennessee. Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug screen. Psychiatric Nursing Credentials a plus.
Benefits: Company paid life and short term disability insurance, seven (7) paid holidays, eight (8) hours vacation and eight (8) hours sick leave accrual per month beginning on first day of employment, 403B retirement account,company pays 75% of health insurance premium .
