Responsible for assisting the licensed nursing staff to provide quality nursing care for an assigned number of patients. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
Must be currently enrolled in a nursing foundations or higher level nursing course. Current basic life support certification. Proof of current enrollment in an accredited nursing program (official transcript) and proof of continued enrollment no longer than two weeks after the end of each term/semester.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Ability to verbally communicate in an effective and positive manner with child/family, public, and all other health care workers. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
