ER RN/Shift Supervisor - Full-time

Location: Columbia Tennessee

Description: Maury Regional Medical Center and affiliates is in need of ER RN/Shift Supervisor - Full-time right now, this occupation will be placed in Tennessee. Further informations about this occupation opportunity kindly read the description below. Administers, directs an coordinates activities of Patient Care Administration during assigned shifts, including the responsibility for acting as the Administrative Representative in the absence of the DON. Responsible for assessment and assignment of professinal and non-professional staf to meet multiple patient care units staffing needs. Participates in evaluating job performance and competency of staff. Assists in orientation of new personnel. Participates and promotes the Quality Imporvement/Performance Improvement program.

Duties include House Supervision stationed in Emergency Department.

Licensure or Education: Current licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing. BSN preferred. ACLS required.

Experience: Three years nursing experience. One year experience as a Nurse Manager or Supervisor preferred.

7 PM - 7AM - Sunday/Monday/Tuesday
