We have a new employment opportunity for a Regional Business Office Manager / Regional Finance Director with long-term care experience in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area.
This position requires experience directing the business office functions of 6-10 Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Responsibilities include supervising multiple Business Office Managers, reviewing reimbursement data for accuracy, and preparing detailed financial reports for senior management. The successful Regional Finance Director will be responsible for monitoring facilities in the region for compliance with state and federal regulations. In this position you will provide support and direction to staff in order to ensure the proficiency of each team member.
Travel in Tennessee will be required and generous auto allowance will be provided.
Compensation will be generous and based upon professional experience. The company offers an extensive menu of employee benefits options. Regional Skilled Nursing Facility experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics is preferred. Recent long term care experience is required. Strong financial, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The chosen Finance Manager will be skilled in LTC reimbursement practices. The chosen candidate will be proficient with most widely used business software.
