Job Responsibilities:

• The Center Director/ Dialysis Nurse Manager manages the daily operations of a RAI care center
• Be responsible for human resource management, patient care and financial management of the care center
• Recruit and hire qualified employees and manage all care center human resource processes
• Ensure the care center is survey ready at all times
• Ensure there are short and long-term care plans in place for all patients
• Monitor patient outcomes and work as a team member to improve these outcomes
• Manage the financial operation of the care center to meet budgetary indicators
• Ensure a safe and sanitary physical environment within the care center
• Collaborate with the Regional Director and Center Support Services in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Insurance

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. RN license in state of practice; CNN preferred OR Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field or business administration Experience: RN: A minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of dialysis nursing care or 18 months of nursing care of the dialysis patient; if not an RN, minimum of two years of managerial experience and/or experience in treatment of ESRD patient.
