Now hiring Nurse Practitioners for permanent positions in the Chattanooga, TN area! Candidates will be required to provide assessment visits in assisted living settings, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and home settings to perform medical history review, health education, physical exam and diagnosis confirmation. Candidates must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with specialty in Adult, Family or Geriatric Care.
