Vice President of Clinical Operations in Tennessee
Person must be an RN with a proven track record overseeing all clinical operatio! ns in multi-sites for Nursing Homes or Assisted Living facilities.
DUTIES
Conduct on-site facility visits.
Implement clinical systems.
Ensure risk management process meets state and federal requirement for abuse/neglect reports.
Ensure and oversee policy/procedure development and implementation
Maintain/Ensure quality customer service relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
5+ years clinical management experience in the health care field.
Ideal candidate: High energy. Very strong clinically. Must have a proven track record of multi-site operations.
