Job Details Level: Entry Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Location: US-TN-Clarksville Travel %: None Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Educat! ion Level: Job Category: Health Care Description Currently recruiting experienced LPNs or Medical Assistants to support Clinic Manager with the oversite of the staff and daily operations of clinical areas. This is a working position and the groupleader responsibilities would be in addition to other pracital nursing or medical assititing duties. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for scheduling and staffing of employees to include vacation and sick time. Serve as contact person for assigned employees when they will not be available to work assigned schedules.
Responsible for payroll reporting for assigned personnel. Responsible for overseeing ordering of supplies. Responsible for approval of accounts payable items to Central Administration for items in their area. Responsible for verbal coaching of employees and reporting these incidents to the supervisor.
Responsible for training and orientating assigned personnel. Responsible! for technical assessment of assigned employees and providing ! input on employee evaluations. Serve as the first line of authority and advice for questions, trouble-shooting and workflow issues. Responsible for recommendation of work assignments and work flow processes in assigned area.
Assist with facilitating any patient relations or provider issues. Responsible for inventory, availability and performance of equipment required for clinic work flow. Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested. The position works a 12 hour rotating schedule that covers the following hours of operation: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m.
8:00 p.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. Sunday 1:00 p.m.
5:00 p.m. Qualifications Education: Graduation from a practical nursing or medical assisting program License: Eligible to apply or currently holds practical nursing license in the State of Tennessee or compact state in good standing Experience: Previous clinic experience preferred
