Job Overview

Understanding of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Develops solutions to problems. Refers to established precedents and policies. Erroneous decisions have serious effect on patients and/or clients and may involve substantial resources to rectify.

?The Clinical Specialist I provides technical clinical and programming assistance, primarily in support of 1-2 Territory Manager(s).

?Integrates into all accounts, builds trust and relationships and establishing strong rapport with customers.

?Acquires knowledge of ANS products and gains acceptance of Territory Managers.

?During first year becomes proficient in complex programming, case support and p! roduct knowledge.

Requirements/Education: Bach! elors Degree in Nursing or related experience.

Must have current nursing licensure

Minimum 1-2 yrs experience in a clinical setting. Prior experience in an OR and/or Pain Center. Strong clinical skills. Prefer experience with Spinal Cord Stimulation theory and practice. Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills. Excellent interpersonal verbal, written and presentation skills. Capable of building strong working relationships with internal/external customers. Accustomed to tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks. Strong sense of urgency.
