Human Resource Dimensions is currently seeking a Registerd Nurse Manager in the Winchester, TN area. The compensation for this position is $50,000.
Responsibilities:
Daily interaction on th! e nursing units, listening and resolving complaints Constant reinforcement of safe line practices Education of the Staff Provide product samples to reinforce the importance of reusable products as an alternative to disposable Be a resouce to the hopsital nursing staff
Qualifications
Requirements:
Strong analytic ability, strong independent client skills-including expectation management, problem resolution and opportunity development Ability to communicate and function within the team Independent problem solving, client-related and internal/operational Excellent planning and communication skills A minimum of five years of healthcare sales or service experience RN license required 2+ years in account management required Healthcare industry experience preferred Drivers License and Reliable transportation required
