Director, Specialty Services

for its Franklin, TN, headquarters’

Revenue Management

team.

Summary:
The Director, Specialty Services will review all aspects of operations relative to specialty services (i.e. Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, Inpatient Psychiatric Facilities and other Behavioral Health areas of care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Swing Be! d Facilities, and Rural Health Clinics)

Essential Dut! ies and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Develop reimbursement enhancement strategies

Monitor regulatory changes

Direct and monitor specific program reviews performed by outside consultants

Provide and/or oversee, education/training related to regulatory requirements

Develop tools, forms, policies, and protocols as needed to enhance facility best practice and reduce potential for denials

Manage miscellaneous projects relative to reimbursement and other net revenue initiatives

Financial evaluations of operations

Keep Department and Divisions apprised of critical findings

Qualifications

Education/Experience:
Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses:
CPA â€" Preferred, not require! d

RN/or other clinical background â€" preferred, not required
