The Agency Administrator will plan, implement, and evaluate the overall development, management and administration o! f the Home Care Agency, its branches and services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Day to day agency operations and administration
Community/Client Education
Agency Supervision and Leadership
The Administrator of Home Health performs duties in accordance of and under the direction/supervision of the Regional Operations Director and/or as defined by the Agency's organizational chart.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree preferred.
Experience:
At least five years practical business experience, two of which were in a management capacity. Extensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws and guidelines pertaining to Home Health Medicare and Medicaid, and other insurance and payor sources. Registered Nurse preferred.
Licenses/Certificates:
If a registered nurse, must be licensed in t! he state of Tennessee Current driver's license and current aut! omobile insurance.
