DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGEMENT

Location: Nashville Tennessee

Description: The Judge Group is presently looking of DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGEMENT right now, this occupation will be placed in Tennessee. Judge Healthcare has been retained to recruit a high level healthcare professional for a Director of Case Management opportunity. Our client is a well-respected, progressive a! nd stable Managed Care Organization. The selected candidate will be a Bachelors prepared RN with an active CCM cert and a wealth of management level experience and a case management background.

Will provide leadership and primary oversight for care management delivery.

Work with management to develop and implement innovative strategies for members.

Oversight of a 10+ million Budget

Develop cost improvement principals and programs to support quality and reduce readmissions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid/unrestricted RN Nursing License
• College degree in nursing, public health, business or related field
• Active Certified Case Manager certification
• Minimum of 8 years of management experience in healthcare or health insurance payor environment
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Complex Case Management or complex care coordination.
• Knowledge and experience with episodic management of! acute and chronic condition(s) and nationally recognized case! management guidelines and protocol(s), to meet all program and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with matrix management and directing successfully integrated IT strategies.
• Ability to motivate others toward goal accomplishments.
