LPN-Home Health/Hospice
Location: Knoxville Tennessee
Description: Covenant Home Care is looking of LPN-Home Health/Hospice right now, this job will be placed in Tennessee. Detailed specification about this job opportunity kindly see the descriptions. FT: Shift: Days (Hours may vary based on need). Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Requires On-call rotation with RN backup. Active TN LPN Licensure with professional experience in hospital or prior home health expe! rience. Local travel required.
Provides professional nursing care to an assigned group of homebound patients and terminally ill patients; Administers care with patients who have other disciplines. Must be able to work independently supporting the RN yet function as part of a team. Treat and educate home health patients.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Graduate of accredited program for licensed practical nursing. Licensure Requirements: Current LPN Tennessee license. Employee must have a valid Tennessee driver's license and state mandated minimum insurance coverage. Driving record must meet Covenant Health minimum standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
