PI! CU â€" Pediatric Intensive Care Unit RN provides critical care to patients and families including nursing care and delegated medical tasks. The PICU is a 24-bed unit providing care for critically ill patient population. Treatment modalities used in the PICU include non-invasive & invasive procedures common to critical care setting such as intra-arterial pressure monitoring, intracranial monitoring, cardiac, respiratory and central venous pressure monitoring. ECMO, renal replacement therapies, advance modalities of ventilation & airway management are also used in this setting.

If you are energetic, like working hands with patients on in a teaching environment, and love the adrenaline rush that the ICU brings, we may be looking for you.

**We are hiring for primarily 7pm - 7am, variable shifts. We offer flexible self-scheduling over 6 week period of time.**

PICU â€" Pediatric Intensive Care Unit RN provides critical care to patients and families including nursing care and delegated medical tasks. The PICU is a 24-bed unit providing care for critically ill patient population. Job Requirements of a PICU â€" Pediatric Intensive Care Unit RN

  • Licensure: Registered Nurse in Tennessee; or eligible for immediate state license.
  • Education: An Associate’s of Science-Nursing Degree is acceptable; Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Comp! etence: Minimum one year of nursing experience, pediatric nursing exper! ience is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous cardiology, Critical Care, Emergency or ICU experience, preferred.
