Responsibility:
Responsible for health operations development and management related to business develop! ment, models of care, process and performance improvement, streamlining training activities, data management, and communication within the corporate team and market teams.

Responsible for the Health Operations staff. Responsible for overseeing the identification, development and implementation of projects for star operations. Responsibilities include development and improvement of processes to create operational efficiencies, training support, workflow / process improvement, financial management, compliance, and data reporting / management to achieve overall organizational strategic objectives. Coordinates with leadership to understand new and existing health plan programs that require implementation. Coordinates activities with cross-functional teams. Serves as co-chair or designee with decision-making committees / groups. Utilizes strong leadership, proactive facilitator skills, and tools and techniques to achieve tasks and goals. Applies creativity in use of app! licable systems (EMR, medical management applications, etc), g! roup facilitator skills, flowcharting, and application of adult learning principles.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree. At least five years experience in a physician’s practice, health plan operations, or medical management setting. Strong facilitator skills and at least one year project management experience. Proven data and reporting management skills in complex environments. Strong financial and analytical skills. Five years management experience.

Preferred Requirements:
Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or Registered Nurse (RN) in applicable state. Three years experience in practice management with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), physician’s practice, health plan operations, or medical management. Five years experience in quality management, performance management, lean or Six Sigma.
