DUTIES
Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions
Measure and record patients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse
Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing
Help patients with bathing, dressing, maintaining personal hygiene, moving in bed, or standing and
Work as part of a health care team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care and imp! lement
Provide medical treatment and personal care to! patients in private home settings, such as cooking,
keeping rooms orderly, seeing that patients are comfortable and in good spirits, and instructing family members in simple nursing tasks.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Follow policies and procedures related to safety.
Conduct visual safety inspections throughout the work day; identify and report unsafe conditions and correct as needed.
Immediately report incidents/injuries to supervisor.
Incorporate safe behaviors into daily work life.
Demonstrate appropriate body mechanics in all situations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Six months related experience
Licensed by the State of Tennessee or Multi State licensed.
CPR Certified.
