Graduate of Accredited RN Nursing Educational Program with RN Licensure in the State of Tennessee Required.

1. Focus on giving quality customer service/patient care to all patients, ! visitors, physicians, and co-workers while showing courtesy,

2. Demonstrate flexibility and skillful problem solving abilities, utilizing a team approach as necessary.
3. Choose appropriate channels and times to discuss complaints or concerns.
4. Maintain confidentiality by following hospital policy.
5. Participate in continuous quality improvement activities by making suggestions for improvement and helping to make positive changes.
6. Keep supervisors appropriately informed of daily activities and developments, accepting accountability for outcomes.
7. Accurately perform assignments in a timely, complete, and effective manner.
8. Consistently be on time and have good attendance.
9. Stay informed regarding hospital and department issues by attending meetings, reading correspondence.
10. Actively participate in personal development plans by attending educational programs and professional de! velopment activities.

Demonstrates knowledge of EMTALA regulations. Demonstrates proper Triage of patients based on established guidelines. Demonstrates knowledge/skills necessary to care for Trauma patientsDemonstrates knowledge of caring for deceased patients/Death on Arrival.Demonstrates knowledge/skills of assisting with moderate sedation. Demonstrates knowledge/skills of administerin! g blood products. Demonstrates knowledge/skills of casting/splinting applications. Demonstrates recognition and Interpretation of Arrhythmias. Maintains BLS/ ACLS/PALS certifications. Demonstrates knowledge of CDC Protocols. Demonstrates knowledge/skills of Code Blue Protocols. Demonstrates knowledge/skills of adverse drug reaction protocols. RN - w/ED experience preferred. Must have BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. 7p-7 a. Graduate of Accredited RN Nursing Educational Program & with RN Licensure in the State of Tennessee Required.
