CCS is currently seeking a full time Regional Care Manager (RCM) for our Home Office, located in Nashville, Tennessee. The Regional Care Manager, in collaboration with the Regional Medical Directors and CCS site leadership, is responsible for the utilization management, analysis, and support of off-site medical care.Essential Functions: •Clinical reviews of all off-site urgent, emergent, and acute care•Clinical review data entry into the ERMA system•Care coordination across the health care continuum•Surveillance of ERMA system entry ! by CCS site personnel for timeliness and accuracy•Workflow a! nd ERMA entry training and feedback support of CCS site personnel•Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.•Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.•Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.•Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.Job Qualifications: •Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.•Previous utilization review and/or case management experience.•Knowledge of evidence based guidelines tools (Milliman and/or InterQual).•Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on clinical experience.•Computer proficiency with specific skills in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.We offer excellent compensation, great benefits, as well as resources to grow professionally.
