Under the
direction of the CEO and in collaboration with the Medical
Director, provides professional medical services to complement
the delivery of primary health care services at Hermitage Hall.
Performs assessments, check-ups, physicals and
provides medical care to meet the needs of our patients.
The Medical Doctor (MD) or Nurse Practitioner
(NP) operates in accordance with the competency guidelines
and full scope of! practice within the Rules and
Regulations outlined by the! Tennessee Department of Mental
Health and according to agency operating policies, protocols, and
standards.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Nurse

Practitioner (NP) having completed an accredited
medical residency with experience in Child/Adolescent
care.

• The MD or NP shall be licensed in

the State of Tennessee.
