Location: Knoxville Tennessee

Description: Harden HealthCare, LLC is in need of Licensed Vocational Nurse/LPN - Fee For Service right now, this job will be placed in Tennessee. Detailed specification about this job opportunity please read the description below. Responsibilites :
Provides care in accordance with physician orders, the patient's condition, and within accepted standards of practice, Agen! cy policies, procedures and processes. Identifies changes in the patient's condition, advises patient care team, and implements appropriate interventions. Utilizes the individualized teaching plan to include education of patient's medical condition. Updates such plan as indicated. Adheres to nursing care and discharge plans. Provides on-call duties as required.

Required Skills

Required Experience

Qualifications :
Free from Medicare Sanctions (required)

Current LVN license (required)

Current CPR certification (required)

Adequate means of transportation to facilitate timely visits (required)

Minimum of two years experience as an LVN (preferred)

One year Home Health experience (preferred)
