To provide proficient, age specific, professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and e! valuating the nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with legal, Hospital practice and departmental policies and procedures, established standards of nursing care and practice, and as defined by the State of Tennessee Board of Nursing.
Qualifications
Education : RN with current applicable state licensure / permit.
Experience : Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience.
Professional Requirement : RN license recognized by the State of Tennessee.
Certifications : BLS certification required. ACLS, PALS preferred depending on unit assignment. ACLS required for PACU, SDS, GI Lab, ICU and ECC. PALS or ENPC required within 6 months for ECC.
