Location: Nashville Tennessee

Description: The Little Clinic is in need of Human Resource Clinical Recruiter right now, this career will be placed in Tennessee. More details about this career opportunity kindly see the descriptions. The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for proactively staffing retail medical clinics. This will include; sourcing, prescreening, and extending offers to qualified Family Nurse Practitioner’s, ! Physician Assistants and Patient Care Technicians within an assigned territory for existing clinics as well as new clinics. This position is also responsible for building relationships with colleges and universities, in addition to attending college/career fairs, and NP/PA conferences. Must role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, inclusion and safety of others.

Essential Job Functions:
Maintain and build effective relationships with colleges/universities to create a talent pipeline.
Maintain and build effective leaderships with business partners and leadership within The Little Clinic organization.
Identify and present the best qualified candidates.
Must be able to update and maintain applicant tracking system.
Must maintain confidentiality.
Attract applicants by attending recruitment fairs, placing advertisements, etc.
Identify best places to attract qualified candidates.
Partici! pate in new clinic openings.
Visit clinics in assigned reg! ion on a quarterly basis.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Requirements

Minimum Position Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in a healthcare related field
Two years recruiting experience within the healthcare industry is a plus.
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Travel required approximately 10-15%
Ability to work flexible hours due to time zone changes.
