We are currently seeking an Industrial Nurse in our Ashland City, TN location.

Responsibilities:

• Responds to accidents.
• Provide first aid and initial medical treatment.
• Supports the nurse p! ractitioner in the provision of patient care; including record! ing vital signs, recording chief health concerns, performing in-office testing, administering injections, and assisting with procedures and documentation.
• Workers Compensation-accident reports, claims reporting, patient follow-up, and employee counseling.
• Monitor all injured employees and ensure restrictions are adhered to with all duty assignments.
• Trained on various topics-blood borne pathogens, CPR, first aid, health and wellness, etc.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to maintain schedules and patient flow.
• Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
• Ability and willingness to adhere to the established departmental service standards.
• CPR, first aid, and AED certified.
• Minimum 2 years experience in medical office setting.
• First Responder training is a plus.
• Must! have high school diploma or GED.
• Licensed Practical Nurse Certification without restrictions.
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
• Must carry Professional Liability Insurance.
