Signature HealthCARE at Saint Francis is a 197-bed facility located in east Memphis - directly adjacent to St. Francis hospital. We are in-house and independent from the hospital, but receive patients directly after discharge. Approximately 90% of our patients return home with in 4 - 18 weeks. For those residents that are not able to return home we also offer long-term care service

Position: RN or LPN

Shift: PT/Weekends- 12 hr shifts days 7am-7pm & nights 7pm-7am

Summary: Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may also be required by the Director of Nursing to maintain the highest

Job ! Requirements:

• RN or LPN current state license; prefer LTC experience
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Good Leadership qualities.
• Relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with other employees at all levels.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

• Moderate physical activity:

o Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet.

o Standing and/or walking for more than eight (8) hours per day.

o Bending and/or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time.

• Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.
