Graduate of Accredited LPN Nursing Educational Program & Licensure in the State of Tennessee as an LPN. ACLS and PALS required. Experience! preferred.
1. Focus on giving quality customer service/patient care to all patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers while showing courtesy, compassion,
kindness, and respect.
2. Demonstrate flexibility and skillful problem solving abilities, utilizing a team approach as necessary.
3. Choose appropriate channels and times to discuss complaints or concerns.
4. Maintain confidentiality by following hospital policy.
5. Participate in continuous quality improvement activities by making suggestions for improvement and helping to make positive changes.
6. Keep supervisors appropriately informed of daily activities and developments, accepting accountability for outcomes.
7. Accurately perform assignments in a timely, complete, and effective manner.
8. Consistently be on time and have good attendance.
9. Stay informed regarding hospital and department issues by attending meetings, reading correspondence.
10. Actively participat! e in personal development plans by attending educational progr! ams and professional development activities.
11. Actively participate in the building of team spirit within the department/hospital, helping to accomplish the department/hospital mission,
and lending a helping hand to other members of the team as appropriate.
12. Maintain environment of care standards for fire safety, security, and disaster readiness.
13. Demonstrates enjoyment of the job and of employment with the organization.
14. Demonstrates adaptability to change, remaining flexible in response to changes in job demands and scheduling.
15. Reflect the values of LifePoint Hospitals in the performance of daily activities, adhering to the LifePoint Code of Conduct. Graduate of Accredited LPN Nursing Educational Program & Licensure in the State of Tennessee as an LPN. ACLS and PALS required. Experience preferred.
