:

Requires a person with leadership ability, which is flexible! in a multidisciplinary environment. Serves as safety officer for Emergency Care Center and makes routine safety rounds. Works with manager to coordinate the Departmental PI. Provides support to manager with staffing and provides input on evaluations, counseling, and selection of staff. Works with manager for capital and budgetary planning for departmental needs. Serves as charge nurse and assists with staffing as required.

Qualifications

:

Education

: RN and current Tennessee licensure/permit.

Experience

: 3 years in a Emergency Room, prior supervisory experience preferred.

Professional Requirement

: RN license recognized by the State of Tennessee.

Certifications

: BLS certification, ACLS & PALS preferred.
