We have an exciting new job opening for a Regional
Director of Sales and Marketing to perform strategic planning, develop market! share,
and implement business development initiatives for a Long Term Care provider in the Southeast.

This position requires an extensive background in Health Care with a strong emphasis on Long
Term Care.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Executive to take the next step
professionally. A demonstrated track record for building health care census and developing
referral sources is required.

Base compensation will fall in the $65,000 â€" 70,000 range, dependent upon professional
experience. Industry leading benefits package and bonus opportunity available.

Requirements:
3+ years of Nursing Home / Skilled Nursing Sales and Marketing experience

Regional Sales and Marketing experience within LTC

Knowledge of LTC regulations, eligibility, and reimbursement required

Expertise in regulatory compliance and reimbursement

Must have a proven track record of im! proving market share & quality census

Must be adept a! t fostering teamwork, coaching, and mentoring staff

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Health Care strongly preferred
