We believe the aging process is best served by an individualized approach to care that is comprehensive, flexible, and focused on promoting a person's greatest level of independence.Join our team and get to know the wonderful seniors we are privileged to serve!DescriptionWe offer work flexible work schedules during the day, night , weekends, part-time, full-time and PRN - Travel to and from the lovely and safe neighborhoods of West Nashville.- Assist our clients with their activities of daily living.- Assist our clients with light housekeeping and light meal preparation.- Accompany and help clients with their appointments and errands around the neighborhood.- Be a companion and help clients participate in the activities they enjoy throughout their day.- Participate in team meetings, ongoing clinical training and in-servesRequirements: Blakeford At Home is seeking skilled and compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical caregiving to senior! s in their homes. Qualifications include: - A minimum of 2 yea! rs paid experience taking care of seniors- Active Certification as CNA /CNT but not required if meets the 2 years of paid experience - Dependable transportation, valid current driver's license with auto insurance-Dependable and compassionate caregivers willing to be flexible with schedules
