Guardian is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (CS) to join our home health team. The CS is responsible for coordination and management of patient care and for the supervision of clinical personnel to ensure that care and services are delivered appropriately. As part of this team, the CS will:

Perform clinical supervision of patient care consistent with scientific principles and agency policy and procedures.
Utilize the agencys clinical software solution to plan, coordinating and delivering patient care.
Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and Documentation Standards.

Demonstrates excellent observation, nursing judgment! , and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have the ability to function autonomously and possess effective time management skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Exercise strong decision making and judgment skills.
Upbeat, positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
Demonstrate leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.
Experience Required

Registered Professional Nurse, a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing who is currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
Shall have at least two (2) years experience as an RN with two (2) years experience in home care.
Prefer supervisory and administrative experience.
Possess and maintain CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
